hi I purchased 2 remotes recently and we tried to code them to our old remote a 2200 merlin 303 mhz.
We have tried it several times by the instructions given and by following the video but can not get them to work.
Could you please advise us what to do next.

Hi, I received my garage door remotes. One coded in good. One didn't, red light is steady red when pushed. Opened the back to remove the battery to start again and where's the battery. What do I do now?
